Our Heirloom Garlic Powder is exceptional as a stand-alone seasoning, or as a bold and unique addition to your favorite Spice Blends, Rubs, BBQ Sauces, and more.

Here are a few Spice Blend suggestions that bring out the nature of our Heirloom Powder:

Classic "SPG" Steak Seasoning

This classic "SPG" combo of Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder is a simple staple made even better with our Heirloom garlic, and really allows the powder to shine:

 

4 Tbsp. sea salt

4 Tbsp. Black Pepper (coarse)

1 Tbsp+ Heirloom Garlic Powder.

Add to your favorite meats before grilling.

Roasted Chicken Spice Blend

This traditional blend is always a favorite and can be customized to suit your specific recipe:

 

1 1/2 TBSP. Heirloom Garlic Powder

1 1/2 TBSP. Sea Salt

1 TBSP. Onion Powder

2 tsp. Black Pepper

1 tsp. Paprika

1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

2 tsp. Thyme or Rosemary

Paella Spice Mix

This exceptional blend is perfect on all types of seafood:

2 TBSP. Heirloom Garlic Powder

2 tsp. Black Pepper

1 tsp. Sea Salt

1/2-gram Saffron, well powdered

1 TBSP. Cayenne Pepper

1/2 Cup Paprika (Hot or Smoked)

New Orleans
Blackening Seasoning

In the 1980's, New Orleans Chef Paul Prudhomme invented a wonderful method of preparing fish by dipping fillets in butter, coating them with spices (later called blackening seasoning), and cooking them in a hot skillet. This Blackening Seasoning mix is very versatile. We love it on local Rock Fish, Shrimp, and on Chicken:

 

1 TBSP. Sweet Paprika

2 1/2 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Heirloom Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Onion Powder

1/2 tsp. Cayenne

1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

1/2 tsp. White pepper

1/2 tsp. Oregano, dried

1/2. tsp. Thyme, dried
