Our Seed Garlic is 100% Organically Grown and sorted by hand to ensure the highest quality available. It is not uncommon for the clove tips to turn green and the roots to swell before planting, which is why seed garlic is not recommended for eating (although it is still viable and delicious!) We are offering two varieties this season, a Hardneck Marbled Purple Stripe variety called Svea, and a prized Porcelain Hardneck named Music.
