Introducing our Dry Brine Sampler, the perfect addition to any meat lover's kitchen!

Our sampler includes two distinct Heirloom Garlic Infused Sea Salt blends that infuse flavor deep within the meat. Simply add 1/2 tsp per lb of meat and let sit for 1 to 5 hours before cooking, on average. The Heirloom Garlic Infused Alderwood blend is a perfect for salmon (subtle and not over-powering), while the wild blend with it's Heirloom Garlic Infused Hickory Smoked flavor is ideal for beef and slow cooked meats.
