The Sequoia Blend is a mix of Heirloom Garlic Infused French Grey and Alderwood Smoked Sea Salts, and is named in honor of our Family Patriarch, Dave Abbott, who's love of trees, camping, and natural spaces instilled in us our ethics for sustainable farming and land stewardship. The only thing he loved as much as nature was eating fresh Seafood, especially Salmon, and in his honor, we have created a salt blend taylor-made as a Dry-Brine for his favorite meal. The Sequoia Blend provides a delicious garlic-smoke flavor to Salmon and other seafoods without overpowing the dish. Just apply 1/2 tsp per pound of meat and let sit one hour or so. Careful, a little goes a long way! But don't stop at seafood with this salt. Add it to beans and vegetable for a rich, deep flavor that will give new life to your favorite dishes.
