The Wild Blend, a combination of our Heirloom Garlic Infused French & Hickory Sea Salts, is the perfect blend to season or Brine your favorite meats. It has a rich garlic and natural smoke flavor that enhances the favors of the meat but does not overpower the dish.  This blend is a favorite for all things BBQ. Use it just before grilling, or better yet, apply this salt as a Dry Brine. Add 1 tsp per pound of meat and let sit from 1 to 8 hours. When used as Dry-Brine, this salt provides deep flavor while also tenderizing the meat. Try this blend on tougher cuts of meat, you will like the results!
