Music is a Landrace variety from Italy that has been described as the worlds greatest "authentic" tasting garlic, since it tastes and cooks like traditional store-bought garlic, but this jem brings added flavor and depth that store bought garlic cannot compete with.  Music is a Porcelain Hardneck Garlic, a variety known for their glossy exteriors, large, easy to peel cloves, and long storage after harvest (4-6 months on average).  Music makes Italian foods and other traditional uses "pop", adding a similar but noticably deeper and rich garlic  taste to each dish. This flavorful variety is a staple in our kitchen, and one you will need once you try it!
We ship our Music garlic as unpeeled cloves (not whole bulbs) to best retain the quality of the product during shipping, and to greatly reduce shipping costs. The cloves will retain their strength and flavor for weeks if kept at room temperature with good air circulation. Avoid storing in the refigerator because these all natural, untreated cloves may begin to sprout.
